LOVED this in-between chapter. (and to be honest, I do like Arcee a tiny bit better now) Mikaela and Arcee's interaction was really well written. Lol. And girls DO gossip afterall. It's in our genes :-D
Haha, my Arcee is like ... really, REALLY emotionally retarded. (Somehow, this evolved into me going ARCEE/BLUESTREAK=OPT, and ... yeah, wow. What?) I've been trying to write a short blurb from her point of view, but other than the concept I wanted to get across, I'm like ... what now? LOL
:D Glad you liked! I was rather amused by how it wrapped up, because I keep getting this mental image of Arcee calculatingly insulting Sam and Bumblebee getting incredibly miffed and storming off in a huff, Sam in hand. It's like, "I'm taking my Squishie and going home!"
LOL. :D This was GREAT. I adore your Mikaela, and I actually don't totally dislike Arcee. I was amused throughout, but this little blurb made me lol:
"Yes," Arcee said, sounding satisfied with herself, "Bumblebee no longer wishes to interface with me. I think it's because I insulted the boy."
There was a short silence. Ten minutes later, Mikaela finally sat up, tear tracks down her face, grasping at her sides and making weak almost pained noises that had been laughter at one point. "Oh God," she gasped, "that's excellent."
Aw, shucks~. You're just saying that to make me useless for an hour or so, during which I beam stupidly at a lamp. Teehee! (I actually attempted to write a 'Trent Intermission' to explain why Mikaela ends up associating with him at all, but had to give it up as a bad job).
Female ... robots ... female robots complying to human gender stereotypes ... I just ... ow. Does Not Compute. Yeah, despite Arcee having chosen a female human identity, I don't see why it would change the way she acts. Overall, I'm thankful Arcee was dropped from the film. Otherwise ... I mean, the film was very pretty, but there were SO many things I was just going "WHY?!" over. Anyway, Arcee's played her part in the story (her 'episode', so to speak). I can only juggle so many characters, and she's too restless for me to handle for long.
Thank you so much for your review! It really did a lot to motivate me to finish up the next chapter.

"I'm glad this pleases you?" Arcee hazarded, sounding absolutely baffled. "Organics. Never'll understand them."
LOL. Thanks for making me laugh. XD
