Hm, maybe it depends on the country, but in mine 'foutre' is actually way more vulgar than 'baiser', so what he says is actually pretty close to 'fuck', though actually a bit more polite/loving than that. You could have a 'baise' with a loved one, but would absolutely never use the word 'foutre' for them as that one is very often used as an insult, or in the sense of 'stuffing up'. That second part 'je m'en fou d'après' for 'I don't care/give a fuck for later' would already be closer for that vulgarity level for me. But any which way, he really does want you in his bed tonight and isn't up for pretty talk. ;)
