IAEA, RDD and other useless acronyms

It's just another one of those Saturday nights when your apartment sits quietly empty around you and you frantically piece together the 20-page rough draft of a research paper due Monday. And you haven't actually done any legitimate research. Yet.

I always find it interesting to switch from one set of jargon to another. All of the acronyms and abreviations that you have to learn at one place of employment (hereafter: "PoE") are suddenly useless when you go to another PoE.

At the last store- "Hey, did you PDT that book?" "No, I'm not on 241, I'm working on COUTS, talk to Up-Info."

All kinds of useless terms- 241, 242, Up-Info, Down-Info, PDT, TOPS, POOF...

Now? A nightmare of acronyms.

I used the term "acronymonious" a little while ago. A word that I'm taking credit for creating, regardless of the factual status of the claim.
