Dream Dabble: Chapter 6

Previous Chapter
Prologue:
When the party ended Freezy and Ashley says they would be joining Johnny since they would need to get some things from the hotel and promised to be with her tomorrow to gather things from her cottage. Hokou asked Mikee to stay with them but she refused and say she is after all in her business trip and needed to fix some stuff for tomorrow’s shoot. The older guy ask who would drive her home and 4 men volunteered to drive her, she arch her brow and say “I am not drunk since I didn’t drink any alcohol tonight, and I can take care of myself” but no matter how she argue and refuse none of them where listening.
Then Ohno, Nino, MJ and TJ got a plan on how they can decide who would drive her home and that is through playing rock-paper-scissor. While these guys are trying to decide who would drive her home she grab the keys from her purse inside the car and excuse herself to go to the toilet, but she actually went to the back side of the restaurant and grab her motorcycle, tuck her cellphone and small pouch where she has her personal stuff and put on her helmet, when she started the engine she can’t help but smile of what she is about to do.
She manages to send in a message to Ashley and let Sho and Aiba know she would be fine and would call them once she is on her cottage. She started driving the bike and get on the road, with an adrenaline rushing on her veins since it is this is one of her favorite ride and it has been a while when she drive it. She pass the front porch of the restaurant, press the horn of her bike twice and give a salute to the people who are waiting for her and all of them looked at her direction gaping and shock.

After her morning jog and taking a bath, she’s not so sure on what to she needed to prepare for the shoot she called in Freezy for help “Ohayo nee-chan I what time will you be here? I need your help with the stuff on my room” Frezzy laugh before she answered “We are just getting you your coffee but we would be there soon” then she also laugh and say “Thanks would wait for you guys on my cottage then”
While waiting for her Friends she grab her phone and Nano sit on the chair outside her cottage she feels so relaxed. While waiting she listen to her Nano play her favorite songs. Then remembered what happen earlier this morning when they are trying to get back to her cottage.
She can’t help herself but smile and remember the faces of the people she left behind last night. Then automatically her eyes focused on the Motorcycle in front of her cottage again she smiled sweetly and remember she named the it “Kanji”
She didn’t noticed Frezzy and Ashley arrival “I can feel that those sweet smile if for last night graceful exit you pull off for those guys at the restaurant” she blink again and smiled even wider “Sorry Oba-chan can’t help it, you’ve seen their faces right?”
Frezzy giggled “Yeah I would have to agree those 4 guys drop their jaw and can’t believe you know how to drive that thing, but I would have to warn you Sho and Aiba were really worried you know” and Mikee remembered yeah when she called in last night to tell Sho she is fine and safe on her cottage Sho was too quiet “Oba-chan you did tell him I would be fine and knows how to drive kanji right?”
Ashley roll her eyes “I did for about an hour and even inform him that you have international license and you are a good driver but the worry on his face is just so hard to take away, it soften a bit when you called in and when Aiba-chan messaged him you called and say you were safe”
Mikee sigh “as expected, well if I haven’t run away from them last night I would be stuck there for the next hour and ended having a convoy and I don’t want them to know where I am staying remember I wanted to be free on my free time”
“Yeah right, and you driving Kanji just gave them another information about your personal life” Mikee took a deep breath “well I guess they are an exception to the rules I set but a lot of happen and I can’t remember how I handle them I am able to manage to hide my personal life for 5 years now and because I lost my memory I am struggling a bit on how I am able to separate these two worlds” Frezzy and Ashley exchange a curious and worried look before giving her coffee.
“Our work can wait and we still have 2 hours before shoot so talk how it went with Aiba, Sho and Oh-chan” and Ashley continues “Yes, I am dying to hear about it since last night but I can’t talk much since Kitagawa-san and Yoc-chan is around”
Mikee told her two friends what happen and how he confessed and that the 3 boys promised to help her out in the next couple of days, she also informed them she is scared of MJ and that Kazu is the next person she wanted to ask an apology.
With that Ashley and Frezzy exchange a quizzical look at each other “M did oh-chan say anything about the past 5 years, I mean you mentioned he was disappointed and all, have you asked him about it?” she can see the curiosity on those brown eyes so she smiled and say “I didn’t have the chance have I?” Ashley also curious asked “at some point you mentioned Aiba is saying something that puzzled you, did you at least get a hint about it?”
“Nope and it is still a puzzle why they are curious to find out what Oh-chan, Kazu and MJ’s reaction would be, they should know I mean they have been together for the past couple of year right” then the 2 girls laugh “Mikee will always be Mikee after all ne?” and Frezzy answered “Hai! Will always be and with that I think we need to get ready”
Mikee again was confused of what her friends is talking about but let it pass since they needed to move, she decided to bring her Motorcycle since she would be need to visit a doctor and it would be convenient to dive solo the 2 ladies have their driver so the head out to the their location “when she arrived Sho and Aiba is already waiting for them and She can see the disapproval on their faces.
She hug Aiba first and he hear him whisper “He is worried sick” then she playfully blink at Aiba in thanks. Then she approached Sho while the man still wearing the disapproving look “no hugging I need to talk to you about that thing” and she can hear the seriousness on his voice too.
Mikee just ignore what Sho said and still give him a tight hug “Nii-chan you can still talk to me while I am hugging you ne? And as you can see I am safe not scratch even, Kanji is my baby so please stop glaring at him you are scaring him you know” Sho can’t do something but give her a hug back “that thing has a name and it’s your baby? You scare the hell out of us last night”
Mikee smiled because she knows Sho is not mad anymore, she can feel his body loosen up “Yup that is my baby, daddy gave it to me when I visited them here and I am a Motor Cross driver you shouldn’t worry too much” then she gave Sho a kiss on the chick “that is another information that I only told you about not even Aiba-chan knew about it” Sho smile and just shake his head.
They started the shoot smoothly, she took photos while one ears are wearing headset from Nano and the other ear is attentive to what Ashley and Frezzy would ask her, but as always first day is always a chaos since Ohno and Nino keeps on playing around the set and not to mention Aiba and Sho is also distracting other staff.
Then her watch alarm and she needed to go on her doctor’s appointment, she ask permission from Yoc-chan and she was about to go when Sho stopped her “Where do you think you are going? We would be having our lunch soon” she whisper “Doctor’s appointment remember?” Sho nod his head understanding she needed to go “But you are not to ride that bike of yours young lady that is an order!”
Mikee stared at Sho wide eyed when she noticed she can’t oppose what he is saying, she sigh and saw Nino on the couch playing with his Portable Game Console who was able to feel her gaze “Fine I would be driving a car” Sho still serious “hand over the keys for that thing” Mikee rolled her eyes “I won’t give it to you because you might just dispose it” then she turn her gaze to Nino “ne Kazu can you keep this keys away from Nii-chan? For safe keeping” then she passed the keys and Nino catch it.
Nino smiled and say “Sure” while Sho was shaking his head in disagreement “that is because Kazu knows how to keep things away from you-” then out of nowhere someone put an arm around her shoulder “Are you trying to take Mi-chan away from us Sho-chan?” Jun’s voice echoed on her ears “Yes, that is why I would be going out with her for a few minutes” but before Sho can get hold or her Jun already pull her closed to him like what Sho did to Ohno.
Mikee giggled “déjà vu” then Sho also laugh “now I know how Oh-chan felt last night but we need to go” Mikee turn to MJ “Sorry J I have an appointment this afternoon, Nii-chan you don’t have too, this is just going to be a quick meeting” Sho still determine says “what about your lunch?” she countered “I can grab it along the way” Sho still insistent “nope, I would need to make sure you are getting your lunch” then Sho was able to grab her hand and pull her from Jun’s hug.
Mikee waved back from Jun while being dragged “See yah later J, Kazu keep my keys from Aiba-chan too”. Then they went to see the doctor. The Doctor Explained it is just a Minor Dissociative Amnesia, and the most probable cause on her case is the pressure and stress from her work.
Mikee tried to reason out that this can only happen when she managed to experience traumatic events, but she didn’t encounter one. The doctor agreed with her so she would need to run a few more test but it would be better to talk to a Psych and so they were referred on the next Doctor.
Psych says her case it just minor, but there is still hope of her recovering her memories since she mentioned her body tends to remember things she can’t and some fragments of memories she can still remember. She was advised to be careful and well not to stress herself out.
Sho was also listening and the whole time with her can’t help noticed her knowledge with medical terms and stuff, she give another personal information to him and then Sho gasped “Wow, you really know how to separate your personal life and work” she just smiled “Well I needed to since I wanted space on my private life and I have stuff I love to do on my free time that public might not approved including you”
Then when they arrived back in the studio Mikee saw her Bike not on its parking space and she can hear the sound of it zooming out just now then she immediately saw Aiba, Ohno and Jun rushing towards them, with rounded eyes she asked “Where is my bike and Nino?” Jun answered “that idiot tried it out about a minute ago the problem is he can’t handle the speed of it, I manage to Grab another key for a spear Bike and about to follow him” Mikee grab the keys from Aiba and drag Jun immediately ask him to drive as fast as he could to follow Nino, “I would instruct him on what to do to stop my Bike” Jun followed and drive fast as he can.
They were beside Nino when she shouted ”Kazu, hold the break and press the blue button” Nino tried to look for the said button in panic “Which button the green? I don’t know where the break is, every time I grip something it would accelerate instead”
With that she launched herself from behind Jun to Nino’s back then try to reached the break and press on the auto mode, and she can feel the bike slows down but she got out of balance. They can hear Jun shouting behind them but her reflexes are quick to hug Nino and make sure he would be safe in front of her and his back would be safe not to get any impact for what she is expecting to happen, still she tried her best to stop her bike.
All of them crashed on the ground, Bike on top of her and Nino, she can hear Jun’s bike stopped and Nino immediately tried his best to stand but he can feel his leg ache “Mi-chan are you okay?” she manages to smile “yup I am fine, what about you?” Jun is now at their side and pull the bike, then try to help Nino to sit properly.
“Mi-chan what are you thinking launching yourself to Nino!” Mikee just smile and say I am fine it’s not the first time I did that but it’s kind a hard when the person you launch in to is not a good driver” Jun shake his head while helping her to sit “stop joking around Mi-chan it’s not funny when you risk your life like that, I know you can be crazy at times but not like that”
Mikee giggled “Stop it J, or I might think you were just scared because-“she was cut off by Sho who is now on her side and trying to carry her” Nii-chan” Sho is checking if she has scratches or wounds “I’m fine I think I twisted my ankle but I can still walk” before Sho can carry her she is already on Jun’s arms and they are heading to the car while Aiba and Ohno is helping Nino.
