Author's notes: Christmas fic for Christmas Time! Whahaha. Fic wasn't proofread, grammatical corrections are welcome :)
Christmas is fast approaching yet the air between the members is still cold. Probably due to being tired from practicing all day for their up-coming winter tour not to mention loads of photo shoots that’s waiting for them. It has always been like this. Practice, photo-shoot, practice, perform, photo-shoot, practice. It’s kind of boring but they have to do it. It’s a part of the package of being in Johnny’s Entertainment: to entertain the fans. It has never been about them. They can’t even let their complaints be heard, just keeping it all, staying silent.
Practice was especially had today because they had to learn 3 new dance set steps in the span of 12 hours with just 30 minutes break between 2 hours. Snow was falling from outside the jimusho, a very pleasant sight yet cold; very cold.
“What’s the schedule for tomorrow?” Takaki asked Yabu while reaching for his spare clothes.
“Do you even have to ask that?” Yabu replied, setting the piece of paper aside. That piece of paper was their schedule for the next day, handed to Yabu by the staffs.
Daiki, who was sitting at the couch and staring blankly in the air, replied “Well it’s always the same Takaki-kun, it’s like a cycle.”
Takaki smiled “Well they might give us a break. I’m still hoping for that.”
“It’s useless” Inoo replied with a yawn. “I’m tired, let’s go home. We have a long day tomorrow” With that, Inoo stood up and made his way towards the door. The rest followed with him in silence. All of them are tired, very tired.

In one of the many convention rooms inside the jimusho’s first floor, a merry Christmas tune of a piano playing can be heard throughout the halls. The tune was ‘We wish you a merry Christmas’ and anyone who hears it is drawn towards the room where the sound is coming from.
“What’s that song?” Ryutaro was the first to notice it when they arrived at the first floor, heading towards the building’s main door.
“Hmm?” All of those who were chatting stopped to give their attention to the youngest member.
Yabu smiled and hummed with the melody.
“We wish you a merry Christmas…” Keito said.
“It’s an English Christmas song… A popular one” Inoo explained, patting Ryutaro’s head.
“Hey, want to look where the song is coming from?” Nakajima asked with a grin. He’s always the energetic one, and he’s halfway down the hallway where he thought the sound was coming from.
“You’re already halfway there.” Takaki laughed as he joined the energetic member in walking towards wherever the sound was leading them.
The sound grew louder as they approached the third room at the south hall of the building. By the time they were in front of the door, the song gradually shifted from a merry to a sweet one ‘White Christmas’
“Isn’t this the song Ikuta-kun sang in Last year’s count down?” Chinen asked.
“Un” The rest replied before opening the door.
As they opened the door, the sound that filled the room flowed though their ears; a beautiful song and melody well played. They were stunned to see a girl playing the grand piano located at the centre of the room.
All o them entered the room without saying anything, just listening to the beautiful melody playing, filling their hearts with Christmas’ love.
When the music was finished, the girl playing closed her eyes for a few seconds before facing the astounded boys. “You’re late oniisan!” she declared to the boy who was in the middle of the rest of Hey! Say! JUMP.
All eyes were to the said boy who was still staring at the girl. Apparently, he still hasn’t recovered from shock. The girl didn’t wait for the response since it was written all over the boy’s face what is she doing there.
“It’s just a little surprise for you guys.” She smiled as she clapped her hands, signalling the rest of the people hiding to come out.
“Merry Christmas” It was the rest of their family and everyone was present.
Everyone was so happy spending the rest of the day with their family especially Inoo, who heard his sister played the piano again after 7 years.
