I'm having so much trouble with binging! Any ideas for something I can do to stay strong?!

Drink more water. This might sound weird but using smaller bowls and plates helps me sometimes. Chew gum. Take fiber supplements. Eat smaller meals more times during the day so you aren't binging because you're super hungry. I'm in the same boat but I just started taking Adderall again after a 4 week holiday off of it so that pretty much keeps me from binging.
