So aproposOn other news, I watched Horrible Bosses. Nothing to write home about, but it was amusing enough. I think Jason Bateman is cursed. Poor thing. He's always starring in subpar movies and Arrested Development showed how awesome he can be

Yes, Thomas Dekker is in it. That's the major draw for me. Also the fact that most of the cast is female (7 of 10 people on the wiki page).

yay female characters and I really liked him as John Connor--I really wanted him to get to his own there, I'm definitely having an eye out for the show. I just hope they don't drown it with melodramatic teeny bopper songs every five seconds.

Thomas Dekker is John Connor. He's also Zack in Heroes. And more importantly he's the main character of Kaboom, a movie with m/m sex, f/f sex, incest and a plot on crack! :D

Oh huh, I could never get into Heroes. For some reason the premise never really worked for me (particularly the comic book aspect of it), sucks because it seems the cast was pretty solid. Kaboom sounds interesting, I might have to look that up!

I'm just posting to say that The Secret Circle were my absolute favorite of LJ Smith's books as a kid, and I re-read them like a dozen times. So I''m very nervous about the show, because from what I've seen they've made a bunch of major changes, including cutting out half the main characters.
But I will still watch it!
