You're right. A (partial) day off wouldn't hurt me. I probably have enough OT banked for it.

Where my possibly taking a day off will hurt is my voice mail and email inboxes. Luckily, the receptionist is amazing and has offered to take the simple calls and inquiries for me.

I always had horrible, migraine-strength sinus headaches and believed they were, in fact, migraines. Really, when I describe my headaches to friends who've been diagnosed with migraines, they sound very similar. No wonder it's so hard to diagnose what different kinds of headaches are!
