This group of kids is one of the worst I've ever had for a Camp-In. They were great during the first part of the evening, but after lights out, most of the girls started running wild. Seriously. I suppose I know in part how you feel, though girl stampedes (of two) are regularly occuring in my household after bed curfew time.
While 4 girls have been the maximum I've had to watch here, I get the idea: From sitting on the oversight-board of a youth hostel for a few years I have an idea what life might look like if more kids go wild in a house with a three-digit number of beds and several groups of over 20 kids each.

As for sleep: Hope you enjoyed it. Use it well. :-) My sleep-in day, if possible, is Saturday, the one day (or rather morning) where I get 6 or more hours of more or less uninterupted sleep. This week I had seven, quite a luxury.

*hugs*

The only differences between the hostel situation and the one I had is that I was in a science museum with no beds. School groups bring sleeping bags and sleep among the exhibits after an evening full of programs and activities. :)
