Day three went pretty easy, except for the driving part. I had a problem and wanted a cigarette to "Calm" me down. Instead I had a tic tac and barrelled through the urge pretty nicely. Yay me

First of all, I think you're doing great on becoming a non-smoker. I'm working on becoming non-fat... or, at least, in good physical health, so I'm kind of on the same tack. I empathize with you.
As to your break up, your moving forward. I can see it just from reading your journal for the short time that I have. Forgiveness helps. Forgetting does as well. In a while, you'll be like, "M? Oh yeah, her...." and it won't cause a pang at all. :-D
