Day Seven is kicking ass.  I feel really great.  I got some Altoids to alieviate the need to stick a cig in my mouth and they are working.  They are spearminty goodness and make me happy.

You know, I am who I am.  That's the way I feel today.  Fuck 'em if they have a problem with it, whoever they are.  I don't give a flying fuck anymore what people
