ugh fuck i suck so much. it's been a long time since i've felt this bad. some of this may have been avoided if i weren't such a pussy and just said what i needed to say

i just can't get past it, no matter how hard i try, and i'm really really afraid it's going to affect every future relationship i attempt to have. that scares me to death.
