I did. But I want more anecdotes, less details, though they also help understanding quite a lot. Maybe you could have a living autobiography...something that you write throughout life...oh wait, i am saying that on eljay!

personal histories are a particular fascination for me...it is always interesting to know what a person writes about when s/he writes about life s/he has lived. there are so many beginnings and so many people and places...when one writes a personal history it tells more about the person in where they begin rather than what they tell you...

Dude that was like a prologue! I read it till the end and was expecting more ... It was very interesting, I guess I have a similar fragmented timeline like yours across states and countries, you remind me that I have to write one now!

Looking fwd for your 'expanded' biography...

Wow, will echo most of the other comments here, this was great, but just the appetiser if you will, waiting for the main course... You've certainly done a lot of travelling, have lived in the south pretty much all throughout, so have missed out on so much of India..

your 11th and 12th sounds brutal.. That uncertain period after 12th was certainly not fun for me either, bombed my 12th exams as well :-)

Reading this was such a dejavu.
XI and XII were the most difficult years in my life too. I had flunked 2 subjects in XIth, but topped XIIth. I had harboured one single dream of studying in BITS Pilani, my mum has her roots there. I still couldn't make it, because I didnt apply right. It was the lowest point academically for me. Wrong application! takes a while to get over it. PESIT happened incidentally, CET was like an exam written for the heck of it, with no preparation and no inclination. But that was the only choice that eventually worked out!
Liked reading your post!
