A post about what I want to post about
There are so many things that I want to write about & this time laziness is not the excuse as these are things I am very passionate about.
This post is a note to self as well as a post seeking ideas about what else could I write about.
Things I want to post about
- My observations on people, jobs, company culture, leadership, passion & some keys to retention
- Why did I join a startup ( this is to answer a lot of friends who still find it difficult to understand, why I left a good job to be at a startup)
- Why Ugenie, & why I believe Ugenie will be successful ( else I wont be here :P )
- Movie review of Dor
- My retirement plans - what I'd like to do after I make my millions at Ugenie :)
The 1st topic is very close to my heart.
I have read a lot about it, some useful & some useless stuff, but some of my observations differ a lot from what I have read (may be I havent read enough).
1 of the more controversial thoughts to leave you with is - "People work for people(could be singular) and not for an organization"
I should punctuate "people" with intelligent, smart, etc.
