It's time for another installment in the "please don't do this at home" ongoing story that is my life: bite off a perfectly healthy part of a tooth. Went to the dentist's 4½ hours ago and the anaesthesia hasn't gone completely yet. Hee. Aww. Poor thing, it wasn't as bad as all that, Mark. But thanks! :-)

Don't look now, but a course mate of mine had 2-3? unfinished wisdom teeth pulled earlier this month, so I think I'm very, very lucky. Also, I've only had one previous hole in my grown-up teeth.

I had all sorts of dental problems. Brrrrr..... childhood didn't go well for me. I also very vividly remember the wisdom teeth removal -- well, they put me out for it, but I remember the aftereffects.

Hahaha, spoke too soon; had pressure headache migrating round my skull.

Ah. I was lucky in that we were given flouride tablets in school and also that I haven't binged on candy all that often (mostly due to my high cholesterol, so it's not as if my character is all that strong). Also, while my teeth aren't all that straight, they're not crooked enough to warrant loads of dental work. And, my wisdom teeth are hurting just thinking about any removal. Though, not sure teeth can think, as such. ;-)
