Firefox 4 doesn't really work all that well if you want to have more than one tab open, does it? The upside is that I've taken a new look at Opera, and the latest version seems rather good. Still haven't taught my fingers not to use Firefox-specific right-click shortcuts though

Hope you're well; I'll try to have a bit more of an online presence.

I'm not enamored of FF4 in XP right now, but at least it lets me keep my tabs as long as I don't use the Permanent Private Browsing mode. Despite their claims that it takes up less desktop display, I find the new toolbars to be really large and space-hogging, but I haven't tried using skins yet. Can't tell if it's any faster; maybe a smidgen.
Ah, headspace. So hard to coax.

Heh. I'm on Windows 7, and well... currently, it's possible to keep tabs but OTOH the whole browser freezes for a bit each time I try to open another or change page or refresh. So, it's not for when you're in a hurry (but at least it lets me keep the formatting when I c&p things to Word, unlike Opera so annoying).
Mmm, that toolbar does take quite a bit of space when you're using it, though of course the bookmarks can be accessed from the button on the far right. (Then again, Opera has more or less the same toolbar system, so that wouldn't be much help.)
Isn't it just?
Thanks, will try. Hope you're doing that, too. <3

(Well, I'm not fully convinced. I'd like a mix of the best features of Opera and Firefox.) Thanks; it's rather annoying, but not exactly the end of the world. :-)
