Guy trailed after Tora through the Watchtower.

“And what was Cavebat’s deal?”

“I thought he was more of a Treebat,” said Tora.

“Treebat, Cavebat, whatever. What was that mate crap about?”

She supposed the question was rhetorical.

“He was very strong.”

“I’m way stronger than that shrimp,” Guy protested.

“He wasn’t really my type,” said Tora.

Guy puffed his chest. “Right. You prefer a sensitive kinda guy, like me.”

“Mm,” said Tora. “The sort of guy who never looks down on a girl.”

“Uh,” said Guy.

“Good night, Guy,” said Tora sweetly. “Thank you for walking me to my room.”
