Maybe if I don't play ball, I have more time to focus and remember what she wants me to do. Oh and I wouldn't have to make her wait either.

dont quit ball because she yells at you all the time. i forget stuff all the time, ask my parents, my dad has to talk to me in "english" because i dont understand anything and they have to spell EVERYTHING out to me. just talk to her, not yelling and throwing things, and just let her know whats goin on with you.. thats the only advice i have for you i guess.
