I super fucked up my knee while exercising. Sitting here with it in a brace and wondering when I'll be able to put weight on it again. This sucks majorly.
Well, it was a pre-existing injury. I messed it up 5 or 6 years ago on a treadmill. It gives me shit every now and then but as long as I'm careful I'm good. Today I was using the elliptical, and I guess I just moved my leg wrong. Mike was able to pop it back into place, and the doc said as long as it doesn't get any worse I should be okay.
