So the last two days the boys have been out of the house to do this or that together and I didn't care to go, but never fear I was not lonely or anything of that sort. sorry! i was in austin and then visiting my mom, neither place was i able to get on the interwebs. ^^;

As for the skirt, I'd say take the extra time and add the ruffles. In the end you'll be prouder of the product and more confident in wearing it and thusly will wear it more. ^__^ At least that's what I've found to be true when I'm making clothes.
Either way I'm sure it'll be super kawaii. ^__^

What day do you want to wear punk lolita? I'm down for either Friday or Sunday. I'd say Friday as that's when the band performs and I have already started a tradition of wearing my punk loli at j-concerts. ^__^
