Today... woke up really tired and later than usual.... This morning at work was sooo dead. I have 4 sheets of printer paper quarters (yes I cut pieces of scrap paper into 4s and use it as scratch paper at work) with both sides written on of fic work. Eating and drinking habits will slow you down for sure. I used to have the same problem until I actually switched up my diet..for the better..lol

Either that or you can pop a multivitamin after a meal. That usually helps out.

Yah actually I changed mine up in april which has resulted in a loss of 10lbs and usually more energy, though somedays I'm just tired, but I think it's a sleeping issue. Last night it took me almost an hour to fall asleep and then I was having a crazy mad dreamstate where I was having like a million dreams one after the other and whenever that happens I wake up exhausted....so this morning I'm feeling tired again

You should try melatonin. Basically its the stuff your body uses to put you to sleep. You can buy it at walmart.
