That same thing happened to me a couple months ago. Went in for an oil change, came out 4 hours and $450 poorer later with new brakes. Good luck!

I love being a mechanically inclined guy. I change my own oil, brake pads, filters, belts, hoses, etc. Service places and their $80/hour labor charges can kiss my a$$.
