So, I went in for what I thought was a standard UTI. Yes, I'd had a massive headache since the night before and had a fit of dizziness and nausea this morning. I really was just too out of it realize the I had a massive migraine on top of the UTI.
It explains so much, in hindsight. No wonder I felt like I was dying!

I might be chuckling over the nearly passing out bit, but it's only because I've been in a very similar situation and in hindsight it's amusing.
Sleep is the best medicine for a migraine (and 100% O2 would help). Pity. Those are wicked.

Sleep has helped some, but really, it will probably be another day before it is completely gone. This one is hanging on as tight it can and kicking my butt in the process.

Do you get the whole "aura" thing people talk about? I totally don't, but it's most definitely a migraine. *sigh* Lucky us, as women.
O2 really is the best immediate recourse for headaches like migraines. If you get them frequently, perhaps that's something you can talk to you doctor about.
Oh I don't even want my mommy when I have a migraine. I just like an ice pack for my head and a dark cool room with minimal noise and light. Possibly lemonade as that's the only thing I can keep down.
