I had an interview today, and I think it went well. It was with one of the schools I was initially interested in, so I hope the will have good news for me on tuesday, but I'll just have to wait. I had scheduled another interview afterwards, but I couldnt find the damn place! plus i had to take a grammar test and do a demo lesson, and i didnt know

oh, i think people with accents who say "cheers" are so cute... it makes me melt

i dunno, maybe living in england cleared me of any cheers love. i think the problem is that it sticks out as a word i dont often use, and because it means several things, seems to sound overused. any dislike of cheers is mostly in jest, though.

totally feeling you on the being lonely/a bit sad but at least it's in EUROPE bit.
it will get better. it just takes time. and going out really smashed and meeting people. that's how i got my friends.

i will attempt this getting really smashed you speak of. i think it may be the only was to communicate with the czechs, seeing as its their national past time.
