Okay, I've been trying to find this Brian/Mikey fic, but I've had no luck so I thought I'd describe as much of it as I can remember and ask if it sounds familiar to anybody else:

Did you edit or did I totally miss the bit about Michael asleep on the floor outside the loft? LOL. That part sounds SO familair, a scene where Michael is in the hall sleeping. We'll figure it out! I'll ask around for you. ;)
