I've been giving dating advice to a couple of people lately. More specifically, things to say and things NOT to say in an online dating profile. Not that I'm an expert or anything but I did have some small amount of success in getting good responses to my profiles. I mean, I went out on lots of dates and even married someone I met on a dating site

OK, I can honestly say I have never on-line dated or even seen a profile. Mainly because the last time I was 'on the dating scene' was before the interet ... hell, it was before dial up BBS's!

But, I must admit, I have come back to this post a couple times now. (no, no, nothing to do with the gratuitous cleavage, which just draws one in, jaw agape ... mesmerized for hours ... ahem where was I? Oh yes, I just think you have very good advice!)

Actually, I think the first woman that I saw naked in person that wasn't a relative was some woman I met off usenet.. back in the days of dial up.. 1991 maybe?

Haha! Reminds me of the time I exchanged a few emails with a guy who's nickname was "Aragorn" on some kind of dating site :) He was a bit too young for me he thought (well, WRONG! :D)
He didn't quiet get my Eowyn & Aragorn jokes, so I let him search further :)
