Umm... so, there are three dirty boot marks on my right window, and I don't remember hearing anyone kick it. Should I be worried?? :/

Could be someone having you on. You know, puts boot into flower bed to get it dirty, then presses it up against the window a few times. That way you mightn't have heard anything.
