I don't know at what stage I started getting nervous and doubting myself with guys that I like. I know I wasn't like this in high school, or really in college for that matter . . . but I get really nervous now and it bothers me. I'm not an insecure person in general. No advice really, but I think if you stick it out, eventually it goes away. I seem to recall I had a bit of that with Ed in the first few months of our relationship. I think it has to do with your heart wanting to protect itself as it sees you getting deeper into the relationship. The more you invest in it, the more there is to lose if he decides to flee. Even if there's no indication that he's going to do that, you'd be crazy to not at least consider the possibility, and be concerned about it. *hug!*
