So was it the battery?

Yes, actually it was the battery. We didn't think so at first because the lights and the radio were still working, and trying to jump it didn't change anything. We had it towed over to the car shop Friday, where they determined that it was just that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. At least, not enough of a charge to start the car. Enough for the radio though. Go figure.

But yeah, $130 later we have a new, corrosion free battery!
