I practically shouted "Dean Winchester is my favoritest!" after he drove into the middle of the beginning of the Big Epic Showdown. And I gasped/shrieked loud enough for my sister to check on me after Castiel got blowed up.

welllll, it's not QUITE canon. but imo at least it was very strongly implied during their showdown, and then again in Lucifer's reaction with Cas torched Michael.
