If you run like you dance then you'll have no problems.

I find the biggest enemy of exercise is procrastination (ie, thoughts that say, "maybe later", "maybe after I eat something first", etc.

I like Jillian on The Biggest Loser. Oh man! If there was an incentive to exercise it would be to impress her!.

Hate the O.C.

If you have the willingness to do it, you will do it.

I need to lose about 30kgs and I know it's a real struggle.
