I think Europe yes as well. And they usually have English-speaking schools over there. I dunno about grad programs, but you could check.
You're supposed to find yourself in Europe, so maybe getting back and being aimless won't be an issue. But if that doesn't happen, then hey, you lived in Europe! Awesome!
Dude, MOVE TO EUROPE. Not that I want you to be farther away, but you bet your ass I want to come visit you in Belgium! Teaching is something good to work towards--why don't you check into substitute teaching in Washington (often no MA required)? Also, you may not be able to attend grad school for a MAT in Belgium but you could perhaps do an MA in English Lit, which is all some states require. Some require even less. Or you could probably do tutoring/English teaching while you are there for experience which seems to be just as valuable as your degree.
I am sad I am leaving today and you get in tomorrow. However, there were some pretty good sales at Dillards/Parisians if you don't mind department stores.

I wouldnt worry about that. Most people in Brussels speak fluent English.
