This week's goal: Use the words "flaticular" and "informationalized" in conversation.

There's some online Onion thing out there right now with a remarkably good impersonator doing 'fireside chats' as Bush. His best was (and you need to be doing the voice and the accent for this) talking about 'Buh-lack Osama'.

But yes. Don't leave out sphericated!

I'm frightened of The Onion. Ages ago, they did a piece about evangelists denying gravity and introducing the theory of Intelligent Falling. Then I found out that fundies really do deny gravity. I'm afraid that if I read any more Onion spoofs that they'll come true and the world will end.

WTF?! I mean, there are Flat Earthers, but the only people I've known who claimed that did it as a joke, or to purposefully make people think about why they think the Earth is round.

Made me sphericate in my tea. Awesome!

I love the sub heading about the Dems too. Funny because it's TRUE.

Yup, that was my favourite detail too. Its always so disappointing when liberal parties get into power and then suck, that I almost prefer to rail against conservatives. Is that wrong?
