Thanks for posting these. I think I've missed the Tut exhibit in two cities. Now I want to see it in person. Question: what's the scale of these objects? (Even approximately.)
Wonderful pictures! I photographed the exact same objects in the Egyptian Museum some years ago (my word! it's been 11 years since I was last in Egypt!), but it looks as if they've been displayed to far better effect in this exhibition than they are in their home environment.

I saw a photo of Queen Meritamun's coffin case on the Internet and it (I want to say "she") was flat on her back, though I don't know where the photo was taken. It was much more impressive, I think, to see the coffin case standing up. I don't have much to compare to, but I think they've done a great job with the exhibit.
Note the correction to my original entry--the gold mask is not Tut but King Psusennes I. It's such a focal point that I made the same mistake while doing my post as I did at the exhibit, thinking this must be King Tut.
