I'm Asian (I'm Filipino). Yeah, I guess what you say is right. I do think Asians think the same as Western people (maybe the only difference is the thoughts of religion). In fact, most Filipinos are trying to be like Americans. They copy the shows of America (even the hosts tries hard to do the American accent, it's sometimes pathetic). Oh and yeah, about not being accepted unless you do this and that... is a weird mentality. I think that's called stereotypes? I don't know, but it's annoying.
