Very Eventful Weekend

I had a very eventful weekend this weekend. You can click
C&K picked me up from work on Friday and we went straight to Black Butte lake to go fishing and camping. It was fun, we went night fishing for catfish but caught nothing. The next morning I caught two bass! It was way cool, I felt like a fisher(wo)man. Then we headed into town to get food because apparently Chris thought we would be feeding ourselves with the abundance of fish we were supposedly supposed to catch. On the way back, we were looking out the window at these people that were being kind of weird. They had been at their cars in a weird spot for the whole time we had been in town, so we were just curious as to what they were doing. Next thing I know, BAM!! The Bronco is sunk deep in a pole. The battery is smashed into the altinator, there is steam coming up all over, the windshield is smashed, Kristy is crying, and I can't figure out if my knee is about to explode or what. Turns out everybody is ok. I've got a nasty bruise, Kristy's jaw was slightly dislocated, but righted itself, and Chris escaped with only a busted truck. So we had to have it towed all the way back from the lake, which cost a pretty penny. Chris is working on fixing it right now, new front corner panel, new hood, new grill, new piece of the inner skin that holds the engine, ect. I don't know how long that will take, but in the mean time, it's a blessing that we've made so many understanding and helpful friends, or we may not have been able to get to the store to buy dinner last night, and Abby picked me up for work this morning.
In other news, I went out with Andy to chinese food on Saturday night, stayed out till midnight chatting and went for ice cream. A gentleman, and a good time~ but I was nervous and so ignored Margie's advice, chattered on like an idiot the whole time while inside I'm thinking, Gawd, just SHUT UP already!! So I pretty much acted like the band camp girl from American Pie the whole time, so we'll see if that goes anywhere at all.
I am also officially tatooed! I am the proud owner of a honey bee on my left foot! It's reeeeally cute. :) But there is one problem~ it was supposed to be the only one I ever got~ but I'm already thinking about another one maybe at the end of summer, it's this BEAUTIFUL pegasus but like all tribal, with the wings and a gorn and all. Whew, is it pretty. It didn't help that getting the tattoo didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought. to read about it.
Well, that's about all for now. Oh, I'm starting a food journal this morning, so that should be more frightening than the scariest horror movie. I really must get a computer at home. And Dell has their cookie cutter basic model for 500 dollars, and even have a payment option.... I could justify it by saying it will build credit... hmmmmmm.
