Andy actually emailed me the other day~ it was short and lame and nothing since, but I'll keep you updated. In other news~ I'm getting my house cleaned up, bought paint and a new bedset last night, and now that my house smells like cleaner, and not three people shoved into a small space for 6 months, I'm a much, much happier girl, to say the least

Hey I've lived with a 3/4 year old so I have been watching my language. No your post aren't negative per say, they are just not always upbeat like this one. It's good to see that once in awhile. Just an observation. Actually it was a typical Melissa conversation. La La La La La La Right On!! La La La La Dude!! Just giving you some crap today cause there's no one else that is listening to me these days!!

Yeah, I really took to California with a passion, didn't I? Just kidding~ I was the same in Nevada. It's probably gotten worse though. The thing is, I have always been able to pull it together and be "Little Miss Professional" around the office~ well after working at NIA for a year and a half, and now working in an environment where everybody else says RIGHT ON!! 10x more than I do~ I'm not sure how long that skill can hold out....

The landlord can take all repairs and remodel off on their taxes. Most people with property should know that. I guess some people do not want a fat write off. LOL

Sounds cool for the house, it is nice when inspiration takes over and you are willing to do something. I used to hate it when I did not want to do anything to my room and later my house.
