Yeah, so they are now saying I need an entire deposit of my own~ before they give Kristy's back. That's usually the case, that a landlord has 21 days to get your check back to you~ and that a new leasee needs to put in a deposit before they move in~ but in this case, since I'm taking over the lease, I've already given Kristy my deposit, and I'm not ( Read more... )

Jessica said that her last landlord is charging her clean up, even though the house was in great condition. The damage that was there was from her in-laws previously and he wants Jessica to pay for them now. Jack-ass.....they always try to get away with something.
