Lovely week all by myself at summer home is over, but it's always nice to be at home again. Long walks in the forest. a lot of swimming (our lake was already over 20 degrees), hours spend reading in the hammock

Ou yes, it's one thing I would like to change there, although it's a bio outhouse, so "everything" becomes eventually good compost. There isn't any sewerage system and the nearest house where people live all around year is five kilometres away.
Definatelly not your place to sit becouse last night there were two quite big spiders hanging from the ceiling. LOL
I really had. Yesterday I was wodering if I am going to start speakig to myself. Once I went shopping for food, the closest village is 24 kilometres from our place, otherwise I didn't speak with anyone during whole week. I forgot, yes I called couple times to my kids, they wanted to know that bears haven't eaten me :)
I remember camping as teenager and being terrified of going through the woods to the outhouse at night! The torchlight on the trees made me see all sorts of things.
Are there bears around there then? I would find that very scary O_O!!!
Yes, bears have been seen nearby. One bear even has had his winter burrow few kilometres from us. Any of us has never seen other than tracks of bears' paws though ;) I think they are more afraid of us than we are afraid of them:).
That much I am afraid of them that am I always singing something and clapping my hands every now and then when I am walking in the forest nearby.

You have an outhouse? My great-grandmother had one too, that made me think of her home, where I spent a lot of time as a small child. Made me smile.
*hugs*
