Chapter 2- Impossible or Possible
Note- Everything is written in Donghae's POV.
I took 2 steps and I heard a Splash sound. I quickly turned around and saw that eunhyuk wasn't there, he fell down from bridge and also One thing I remembered He can't swim.
I didn't know what to do, Should I help him? Maybe his friends will help him? But his friends are drunk as well? Maybe he will notice you after you save him? I was stuck in my own thoughts.
I felt like my foot was stuck to the ground, I couldn't move it at all, with all my strength I pulled my feet off the ground and ran towards the river. My heart sank when I saw Eunhyuk drowning, his head coming back and forth forcefully from water to breathe, yelling for help.
Without wasting any second or going onto my thoughts, I dived into the river and swam closer to drowning Eunhyuk as quickly as possible.
'Ommo, Who is that?' I heard Heechul say to each other while I was busy circling my arms and paddling my feets.
Within, I don't know how many seconds or minutes, I reached towards towards, I grabbed his arms and pulled it over my neck so he wouldn't drown. He quickly with his one arm he grabbed my waist as if he knew that someone would come and save him. With all my mighty strength I swimmed back carrying Eunhyuk's arms over my neck.
I grabbed his legs and carried while his arms were still over my neck, slowly I put him down at the side of the river next to my bicycle.
Before I could gently pump his chest, I heard his friends running towards him, I had no choice but to leave him here with his friends rather than letting them know that it was me who saved him.
One of his friends, I think it was Kangin who quickly bent down as soon as he was next to Eunhyuk and pressed his ear against his mouth.
'He is still breathing'I heard Kangin said while I was hiding in the bushes with my cycle .
'Excuse me, are you still there' I heard the other one, whom I suspect is Heechul from the way he talked said looking around the bush I was hiding. After few seconds he returned to Eunhyuk, shaking his body a little hoping he would become conscious.
I hope they won't find me, otherwise they will make fun of Eunhyuk that he was saved by infamous nerd.
Eunhyuk coughed water heavily, as he came back to his senses, he looked around probably thinking what the hell just happened.
'Thank god, you' re okay Eunhyuk' He just smiled as a reply, but there was something else behind his smile.
'That was embarrassing as fuck.' Eunhyuk thought while two of his friends, pulled him and helped him to walk. Yoona just stood there and walked with three of them. She knew she wouldn't be big help while carrying Eunhyuk so she just silently followed three figures who were walking shakily.
'Thanks guys, if you two weren't there, I would have died' Eunhyuk said looking at both of his friends while him being in the middle, shaking his head a little because it was hurting him a lot, feeling a little dizzy like when you woke up with hangover.
The other two jumped a little in shock. 'Should I lie or what?' Heechul thought. 'It's probably best to tell him the truth because truth always wins. And Eunhyuk doesn't like lies.'
'It wasn't us who saved you, It was someone else, but I didn't get to see his face because he left after saving you' Heechul added.
Kangin and Yoona just nodded.
'I wonder who is it? I own a lot to him. I still haven't said my thank you.' 'Thank you who ever you are. You are my life saver'. Eunhyuk thought as a smile appeared in his face.
After they left, I came out from my hiding spot, cycled my way home. ' I carried Eunhyuk, after so many years I carried him' I thought as a smile appeared in my face.
End of Donghae's POV
As they arrived their dorm, all of them silently crawled when they reached reception because their was security just sleeping while doing his duty. They ran slowly towards their room.
'I can't be bothered to change' Heechul groaned as all of them reach Heechul's and Eunhyuk's dorm. Actually it was Yesung's and Eunhyuk's room at first but Yesung being the other nerd of college, and Heechul wanting to share a room with his best friend, Eunhyuk had to flirt with the dorm teacher until she said yes.
Heechul and Eunhyuk jumped in Heechul's bed while Kangin and Yoona shared a bed in Eunhyuk's room. Silence filled the room , no one said anything as all of them were tired and drunk plus they had to half carry Eunhyuk to dorm. That was a lot of effort.
No one changed their clothes as all of them just went to their dreamland, some snoring a little while sleeping. It was going to be long night for them. They went through a lot.
Morning came in just a click, even though it was a long night for them, they only had few hours of sleep. Sun peeked through the window, as Eunhyuk tossed around when sun was right in his eyes. It was too bright for him to continue sleeping so he groaned as he tossed around one more time before falling from bed. That bed wasn't even that high but still it hurted him a lot because of yesterday's drinking and nearly dying situation his body became more fragile.
'Ow' He said rubbing his eyes with one hand while the other was busy massaging where he landed. He stretched his arms as long as he could, as he tried to wake up, because of the hungover he couldn't stand up properly. Holding the bed, he stood up and looked around.
Heechul was still in his deep sleep, smiling a little. While Kangin and Yoona were on the same bed, both of them facing the opposite direction, sleeping at the edge of bed making space in the middle for one more person.
Eunhyuk made his way towards bathroom and started doing his morning routine which was going toilet, washing his hands and face, brushing his teeth and quickly taking a shower.
'Fuck' He yelled as he nearly tripped over his own legs. He came back to his room wrapping his towel around his hips, shaking his head a little while drying his hair with another set of towel.
He sighed as he watched the other three sleeping in that same position as before.
He sat on Heechul's bed and picked up his phone. There was about 5 new messages, all being a love letter for him, He sighed again as he would read the first sentence of the text and delete them.
Then it hit him and noticed the time. 12:45. It was lunch time, half a day already passed and he missed about 2 of his lessons. Not like he really give a damn about education, he had strict parents so he also had to take care of his reputation and attendance also while being himself.
'Guys its 12:45 already' He shouted as he started to shake each of his friends body. Kangin just shot up with his eyes wide open probably thinking he is going to be dead about missing his lessons.
Eunhyuk started buttoning his favourite shirt with gold collar tips on them giving them a little bit of flash, as he watched Yoona waking up and quickly running out of the room so she can get dressed and also before the rumours starts spreading about her spending night with 3 guys in same room.
Following Yoona, It was Heechul, the last one like always to wake up late. Even though it was already late, it was half day already.
Eunhyuk smiled as he watched his best friend dragging his feets forcefully towards the bathroom and complaining about how less hours he got to sleep.
Kangin was already dresses in his blue pair of jeans with Black polo shirt and Nike air max as his shoes. While Eunhyuk had while pair of trousers with denim shirt+collar tips with pair of jordans as his shoes. Both of them started tapping their feet as they both watched Heechul getting dressed in red trousers, white shirt with pair of sunglasses as well.
Kangin and Eunhyuk were mostly worried about their attendance, because they already had their third warning, and after third warning teachers would call our parents straight away and not only that they will find out about our attendance and our studies, they will find out about last time as well.
Kangin's family were really strict towards him probably the reason why they sent him to his private and expensive college. They were rich, I mean really rich, they owned a duty shop in Incheon airport, imagine how many people buying your stuffs from their. Millions. That's the reason why they wanted their son to become like them, open his own business. Little did they know that Kangin had dream of becoming musician. He can play most of the instrument so easily like he was born with the talent. Kangin wanted his college life to be fun as possible because his school life as boring as his parents played a huge role around that period. Now because he lives in a dorm, he can do whatever he want. That's why he hangs around with famous people, not like he isn't famous at all. Every girl dreams of going out with him. He was really happy that he found Eunhyuk, Heechul and Yoona, whom he can show his true personality.
Eunhyuk on the other hand, his parents were also strict, but not like Kangins. His parents thinks more about his future and tries to control him. His parents owns one of the best selling mobile phone in Korea. But Eunhyuk have no interest in them. That's why he went to Seoul college so he could get away from them and live on his own. Who knew he would become one of the famous guy in college. But he promised his father that he is get the good education before he came to this college. That promise that is only known by Heechul.
Heechul, he was care free child. Being the only child, his parents loved him to death, just letting him do whatever he wants, buying whatever he wants. He met Eunhyuk from elementary school so when he knew about Eunhyuk's promise he decided to follow him to Seoul college and see what future hold for him in this college. His parents didn't reject or gave a second thought about him going to Seoul college, as long as he was in college they were happy.
Yoona, was the only girl in their group. There were others as well, but most of them were two faced bitches, who just tries to be friendly at front but starts rumours and gossiping behind the back. Yoona met Eunhyuk and Heechul in high school and they quickly became friends. Yoona was the only girl that didn't try to get on their pants or sleep with them, while others would take advantage of 3 famous guys in college. They never let her feel down because she was the only girl, they took care of her like their own sister. And also because of them Yoona was able to be herself and express herself.
After few minutes Heechul came out of bathroom, just like walking a runaway fashion show, he did his catwalk and walked out of room towards class.
After about 10 minutes of chit chatting with their own personal group, lunch was over.
'I need to find that guy, but how am I suppose to find him?' Eunhyuk thought.
'Hyung, did you see that guy's face?'
'No, when we arrived he just ran away, but I did saw him wearing big glasses while he was turning and trying to run away'
'Big Glasses? mmmm.'
'He must be some kind of geek' Heechul said as they made their way towards classroom.
Donghae POV.
I pulled my earphones out of my ear as I stood in front of the gate. I looked up to see that big banner again consisting the title Seoul College in bold letters.
'I wonder if he knows that it was me who saved him' I said quietly as I made my way towards class.
I sat in my sit as I watched people enter through the door towards me. Yes, I was in a classroom and like usual I was the first time to arrive.
First lesson was Business. I looked up as I heard that particular noise that crowd was making while they were coming towards his class.
I knew it was them. Because I heard Eunhyuk's special laugh. His laugh was like a sweet melody playing in my head. Heechul and Kangin entered first, following Eunhyuk and few other guys of their group. Yoona wasn't in this class, because she took fashion as her path so even Heechul's group don't meet her that often during college time.
A smiled appeared automatically appeared in my face as Eunhyuk walked right past me to sit behind my chair where most of the tables were vacant.
And as usual they started rolling papers and throw it to others. One of the paper landed in my head, while I patted the place where it hit.
'Don't hit him, he does my homework' I heard Heechul say.
'Ommo, Sorry' said Eunhyuk who was standing in right next to me in a blink and patting my hair softly.
'He is patting my head' I thought as I couldn't stop blushing. 'I did right thing saving him yesterday, now he is even touching my hair' After that he just left and sat on his chair which was next to Heechul and Kangin.
As teacher made an entrance, Heechul shouted 'Dick face' to the teacher while teacher had to pretend like he didn't hear anything.
'Poor that teacher' I thought while I opened my book where we last left while I hear other people next to me gossiping about Heechul's group and how they are the black hole to their class, that they can't focus on their studies because of them.
But that was not it. There was a beautiful guy following behind that teacher, who had his hands on his pockets like he didn't care, carrying backpack only in one shoulders, he had smirk on his face while looking towards, wait ME?
'This is such a late start but we have a new student who just transferred to this college from another branch of this Seoul college' Teacher explained.
'Introduce yourself'
'Hello, My name is Cho Kyuhyun. Nice to meet all of you. I hope we all make good college memories' He said as he bowed.
I see girls around me falling for him already. 'He is better looking than Eunhyuk' 'He is the next Eunhyuk' 'What do you mean next Eunhyuk, they both are different with different charms, but he has such a personality' I heard few groups of girls gossip to each other.
'What do you mean better looking than Eunhyuk. He is the best one' I thought. As I made a ugly face thinking about it.
But what I didn't get was this new guy was looking towards me. When teacher told him to sit down, He walked past the front sits and came towards ME?
