I love my new phone

After having used Palm devices for years, it took me awhile to come to terms with leaving for greener pastures. Despite the many things I like about the Pre and WebOs, I wasn't willing to wait another 6-12 months to see what Palm decided to do next. Also, the writing's on the wall -- Android and the iPhone OS are here to stay, and everyone else

I've had my phone for way longer than you, but you've already got about double the apps that I do. WTF! :->

I think the only ones I use alot are Advanced Task Killer, Calendar Pad, Google Sky map, and Juice Defender.

Having done some reading, I've decided to go without a task killer for now. Thanks for the other recs!

Hmm. Hadn't seen that! I basically use it just to shut down things that I really want to stop -- all the ones that restart I have in my "ignore" list. So I'm pretty much using it how that guy says, I guess. :-)
