Poll Voting on Reality

According to a piece in the New York Times, one scholarly journal is using crowd-sourcing in place of peer review

My major reservation with this kind of reviewing is that good ideas take time. They need to be pondered, mulled, and worded properly. The internet is a great place for instant feedback, but not such a great place for letting thoughts be thunk carefully.

Now, if one were to post the information on a time delay, force the viewer to read within a certain period and cut off access for a certain period of time before allowing posting, it might be an interesting experiment.

I need to learn to program web content.
