1/2 marathon training day 33

Goal: 45 minute walk -- 3 minutes warmup, 40 minutes brisk pace, 2 minutes cooldown.
Start time: 7:00
End time: 7:46 (gym time)
Miles: 3.15
Route: Elliptical on manual mode level 2.
Tunes: podrunner orchestral maneuvers - 133 BPM
Temp/Climate: 80 in the gym, but much less humid than outside.

Lessons learned:
Even though I kept trying to keep an easy pace 'cause I did this yesterday and by rights should have taken a rest day, I kept speeding up to walk with the music. At some point it was up near 6mph (not for long). I ellipt a lot faster when I'm in reverse mode, which is why I can't play reverse for very long.

Breakfast with bunnies is fun. Even if Luna likes her banana a little riper than I do.
