1/2 marathon training day 38...

Goal: 45 minute walk -- 3 minutes warmup, 40 minutes brisk pace, 2 minutes cooldown.
Start time: 6:25
End time: 7:05 (gym time)
Miles: 3.00
Route: Elliptical on manual mode level 1.
Tunes: zencast something... zen stories..
Temp/Climate: 80 in the gym, but much less humid than outside.

Lessons learned:
I can zoom 3 miles in less than 40 minutes when I'm motivated by extreme schedule crunchiness. Given the plans for thursday don't include allowing me to walk, I think I'm going to shuffle days a bit and try to do it again tomorrow, so I can take thursday off and then resume usual scheduling on saturday.
