It seems as if I'm so busy these last few days... when in reality, I would rather just have myself plotted in front of the computer, being the online chatter box I never have been before. Perhaps it's the company I've been keeping... perhaps.

don't worry about the low amount of weights! as long as you're getting some resistance, you're working the muscle. and it's better to start out low cos it helps speed up fat burning w/out building too much muscle mass underneath.

don't sunflower seeds have like, a billion times more sodium in one bag than you need in a day? you better drink a f*@k load of water to balance that out! : )

*laughs* I've been drinking tons of water, I mainly listed sunflower seeds because they are my current bad habit I'm trying to break.

I threw away most of what I had the other day, and I'm counting down until I actually run out. And surprisingly for me, I'm finally getting back on schedule and have almost totally kicked the whole need for caffine in the morning habit.
