I've noticed more and more spam with random gibberish. Anyone understand these?

The gibberish, I think, is because people now use filters to block e-mails. For example, I can say that any e-mail with "penis" in the subject line will go straight to my junk mail folder. So the gibberish is to avoid those filters, I guess.

What I don't understand is this: If I'm going out of my way to block Penis e-mails from coming to me, why do they think I'm going to purchase their product if they hide it under gibberish?
