I have been talking myself into doing some collage. It's funny yuo say you are insecure about it, that is why i never show my art work on my LJ. I am so worried it will look like crap and ppl will lie about it! Heheee...but I truly love what you did. It inspired me; I am scanning some old pics of my mom as a child to use in a collage of sorts. I amnot sure.....we'll see.

But honestly, I really like what you did. Especially adding the dictionary pieces....very nice.

thanks Lori! I'm pretty much the same way about my quilts (which is why whenever someone says "Oh you should make them and sell them on Ebay" I always respond with "Why would someone pay me $200+ for a quilt when they can go to Penneys or Target and get one for $40?". I make my quilts usually as gifts, with the occasional commission here and there but it makes it WORK and takes the fun out of doing it.
