On Thursday I started a reduction plan (diet). I am going through LA Weight Loss. I lost 2 pounds in two days. I'm sure a lot of it was water weight. They have a two day take off plan. Let's see...what's been going on? I just got back from 3 weeks in Fargo, ND. It was a really good install, I learned a lot from the other trainer.
