i am having a bit of culture shock here in boston. today i walked around the city with my friend mattie and holy shit, people are SO NICE. like, complete strangers! people help each other! this is so weird. i have to write about my experiences because i am really excited about it for some reason

yeah when i went up there a few weeks ago people were way nice. my car broke down and a cop pulled over not to tell me to get out of the lane but to call triple A for me so it would be faster and i wouldn't have to wait in the heat on the middle of the highway.
