Apparently, in order to delete my keyframes I must first select the object, press k to show all key frames, then go into the IPO Curve editor, select all the time line keyframes and then hit x to delete all.
And if the time line green bar is in the wrong place, my whole guy falls to pieces.
This took me 3 hours to learn tonight.
Goddamn poorly designed PDFs.
